1. Agreement to Terms
By engaging Split Systems Perth for air conditioning services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Split Systems Perth provides:
- Split system air conditioning installation
- Air conditioning repairs and maintenance
- Emergency callout services
All services are subject to availability and may vary based on location within the Perth metropolitan area.
3. Quotes and Pricing
All quotes provided are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Quoted prices include GST and are based on the information provided at the time of quotation. Additional charges may apply if:
- Site conditions differ from initial assessment
- Additional work is requested
- Access difficulties require special equipment
- Asbestos or other hazardous materials are encountered
4. Warranties
Our services come with the following warranties:
- 5-year workmanship warranty on all installations
- Manufacturer warranties on all equipment (varies by brand)
- 90-day warranty on repair work
Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, lack of maintenance, power surges, or natural disasters.
5. Payment Terms
Payment is required upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing. For larger installations, a deposit of up to 50% may be required before work commences. We accept cash, card, and bank transfer.
6. Cancellations
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee. Orders for equipment that has already been purchased cannot be cancelled without charge.
7. Liability
Split Systems Perth carries comprehensive public liability and professional indemnity insurance. Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
8. Licensing
Split Systems Perth is fully licensed (Licence: EC12345) and compliant with all Western Australian regulations for electrical and air conditioning work.
9. Disputes
Any disputes will be handled in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. We encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve any issues before pursuing other remedies.
